Morgan Freeman study

I wanted to do this in color but it went bad, so decided to switch to just values. Also payed a bit more attention to my brush stroke directions. I feel like 40% of the time I do stuff willingly and the rest of the time the painting is juts leading me, without me thinking about what I should do. This is my goal to get a higher percentage for the time where I actually am doing things consciously.

Around 1,5 hours. And sadly this is the actual resolution I worked at X_X Need to finish with graduation and get a job already!!! I needs moneys.

Study

I really enjoyed the girls on http://griselines.tumblr.com/ so I decided to do some studies of one of the nice ladies from there. The 1st one was more copying the 2nd was painting without the ref, reusing the line work. But it was to bright, the 3rd one was better value wise, not so good color wise.

Had to take a small brake at work. So drew some cars. The Karmann Ghia I drew a while ago but didn't post it anywhere.

Burial

It is a spitpaint theme but i didn't bother sticking to the 30 minute limit with this one. Was inspired by some of the other amazing folks from the sptipaint group.
